The students who selected Freak the Mighty by Rodman Philbrick will be in my reading class until the end of April. During this unit we will study vocabulary, characterization, theme, writing approach, and real world connections. Students will be expected to take quick comprehension and vocabulary quizzes throughout the unit. Then students will complete a culminating characterization project to show their knowledge of Freak the Mighty.
