Dear Parents,
As a culminating activity for our novel unit on Freak the Mighty, we will watch the movie entitled, The Mighty (PG-13). This is an uplifting picture that has received two Golden Globe Award Nominations and depicts the novel quite well. Please sign the form and return it to me by Friday, April 18. Please contact me with any questions (lkoplin@op97.org).
I give my child, _______________________________________, permission to view The Mighty.
